1. Processing Time & Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address.

• Handling Time: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
• Transit Time: 4–6 business days
• Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $7.75
• Estimated Delivery: 6–11 days (excluding weekends and holidays)

1.1 Late Deliveries

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to:

• Missing apartment/unit/floor info
• Weather disruptions
• International customs procedures
• Other unforeseen events

2. Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your item has shipped.

Please allow 2–4 days for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking status.
If no tracking info appears, it means the carrier has not updated the system yet.

No. We currently do not support splitting orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each destination.

3.6 Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses using DHL Global Mail and USPS. However, delivery to APOs may take up to 45 additional days. Tracking updates may stop due to military security protocols.
