📦 Customer Support & Return Policy
📁 1. Cases for Support
To process your case, Olmom Store requires a photo of the shipping label. We recommend keeping the label and recording the unboxing process.
Order modifications or cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of payment. Beyond this time frame, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
🔄 2. Replacement Policy
Since all items are made to order, we only accept reshipment requests for the following valid reasons:
- Damaged products upon arrival
- Printing issues (blurry, incorrect material)
- Wrong design or size
- Other fulfillment errors made by us
We do not offer replacements for: buyer’s remorse, wrong address provided, or lack of interest in the item.
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item and include the following evidence:
- 📸 Clear photo/video of the shipping label
- 📸 Clear photo/video of the product SKU
- 📸 Clear photo/video showing the problem (defect, wrong size/design, etc.)
Email these to [email protected]. Once approved, a free replacement will be sent within 15 days.
💸 3. Refund / Return Policy
Please contact us before returning any items. Unapproved returns will not be processed and are considered forfeited.
No refund/return will be accepted for:
- Material dissatisfaction (as materials are described in the product listing)
- Custom-made items that match your order specifications
- Incorrect address or missed delivery due to absence
- Refusal to receive the package
- Packages lost due to lack of safe delivery location
Partial refunds (if applicable):
- Returned items not in original condition
- Missing parts not due to our error
- Returned more than 30 days from original shipment date
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility. We’ll notify you by email upon inspection of the returned item.
Items not arrived: If your order has not arrived after:
- 📦 50 days (for US orders)
- 🌍 90 days (for international orders)
You are eligible for a refund or replacement — your choice.
⚠️ This does not apply if the customer provided incorrect shipping information or missed the delivery attempt.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may apply)
- Contact your bank (there may be delays before a refund appears)
